By placing an order with One Stop Cheesesteaks, you agree to the following terms:
1. Preorders & Payment
- All preorders must be placed by the cutoff time listed on our site.
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is received (online or approved cash preorders).
- No same-day orders unless otherwise specified.
2. Pickup Policy
- All pickups are scheduled during your selected 15-minute window.
- We are not responsible for orders not picked up during the scheduled time.
- Missed pickups are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before your pickup time for a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
4. Food Safety & Allergens
- All food is prepared in a clean, licensed environment.
- Please notify us of any allergies — we cannot guarantee cross-contact prevention.
5. Updates & Communication
- By ordering or subscribing, you agree to receive email and SMS updates related to your order or promotions. You may unsubscribe anytime.
Return and Refund Policy
At One Stop Cheesesteaks, we’re committed to serving quality every time. Due to the nature of our food service, all sales are final, but we want to make things right if there’s an issue.
Refund Eligibility:
- Full refunds are available if you cancel your preorder at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
- No refunds for same-day cancellations or missed pickups.
- If there’s an error with your order or you’re unsatisfied, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
